The joys of bedrest. I realized it Saturday when I was rubbing their bullies that the both kinda smelled like dirt. Kinda earthy. Not gross - but doggyish. Then I was making food and I noticed the smell wasn't going away - because the smell was also coming from me. The dogs think I am one of them, they pile on top of me, they cry on the rare occasions I leave the house.
Yep - I smell like dirt, or more specifically, dirty-dog. I washed the blanket we cuddle on the futon with and took off their collars to give them a bath. I never got to it - and WILL do it today, since after they are washed I am going to wash the futon cover. Then I need to wash the bed stuff because I took my bed blanket to the futon for cuddling until I clean everything - so I have no bed blanket for the past 2 nights and the hubby doesn't share well.
I love how I tried to get so much stuff done and have the doggies nice and clean - and all I accomplished was washing one blanket! Oh well, off to do more cuddling first!
